Amen!!! This message needs to be heard in most of the modern churches. Carnality has crept in the church and we think by making it comfortable for the world by entertaining them our numbers will grow 😕! It’s not about numbers it’s about the Gospel preached in its fullness it’s about making disciples in the likeness of Christ.
This guy is 100% bang on. In the spring of 2021, Jesus showed up in my home. I will leave you a video of the actual face I saw that night. He did not show up based on my abilities but on the fact that it is he who has that power. This is the reference he made to the disciples when he said. I must go first. You see the Power of his real Resurrection took place after his death. You see at that point in time. There was nothing the Romans could do to try and destroy him. Because he was now seated in heavenly places doing the work that the father gave him to do here on earth. He came down simply to express to us the way to heaven. Now it was up to us to surrender our lives over to him and not the Romans.

With kindness and all due respect, the first part of your sentence is incorrect, as it contradicts scripture. Jesus said, in John 10:10 the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy but I came that you might have life and have it more abundantly. I Peter 2:24 The Lord died on the cross for our sins and diseases… so we can receive forgiveness, cleansed for our sins by the blood of Jesus and healed of disease. The Lord is the giver of life not disease and death. Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much more, as you see the day approaching. The day he is referring to is: judgement day. The C/V plague was unleashed as a sign of the times, last days before Jesus returns- as a warning for the unbeliever to repent and get their life right with the Lord, and for the believers to allow the Holy Spirit to “fine tune” their hearts.
