the opening of this number is absolutely amazing!!! When all the girls turned on the lights it was truly breath taking as shown by the audience breaking into applause. bravo!
Do you have any information on how they did these boxes with the lights? Like what kind of lights they put in them? I'm directing a production of this :)
Amelia Patterson I believe they used simple under cabinet lights from Home Depot - something like LED puck lights. I remember hearing they were pretty inexpensive - less than $10 each. Hope this helps!
my school did this a few years ago, and we had this, but instead of boxes, we had a huge wall, with doors that opened. and a spotlight would shine down. it went all the way to the ceiling! it was super cool!
Jeffrey Lavallee I wish I had more info to share. My kids have grown and we no longer work with this theater group. I think there are lots of options at Lowe’s or Home Depot...have you researched?
