En este video les contaré sobre la mejor técnica de estudio según la evidencia científica, y se llama Active Recall.
Se suele decir que cada uno tiene su forma de estudiar, que tal vez a uno le funciona resaltar el libro, y a otro hacer resúmenes. Sin embargo, muchos estudios muestran evidencia de lo contrario: los estudiantes aprendemos mejor al practicar con autoevaluaciones - preguntas a nosotros mismos durante el estudio.
Siempre me gusta explicar el por qué de lo que recomiendo y dar formas prácticas para implementarlo, así que en este video me centraré en la evidencia y lo básico del Active recall, y en el próximo hablaré de tips prácticos y de las herramientas que he probado.
