Lessons from PTBT #50 : 1.If you do things that make you unhappy, those things over time will make you happy for a long time, such as reading, eating well, exercising. 2. Nhi ơi xã hội bây giờ kể cả chỗ em ở dk kinh tế đi lên vật chất lên ngôi rồi lứa trẻ thi nhau kiếm tiền rầm rộ em cảm thấy tự ti áp lực bởi vì em ko may mắn về tình yêu cũng như tiền bạc. Em bị phụ tình phản bội rời bỏ cũng chỉ vì em nghèo tiền nghèo sắc đẹp phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ. Sau thất bại hôn nhân với sự phát triển rầm rộ trào lưu vật chất kiếm thật nhiều tiền.nyc của em cũng bỏ em lấy vợ mới vì họ giàu có tiền bạc và xinh đẹp vì phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ.em thất bại toàn tập thảm hại vô cùng.em mông lung cuộc đời của mình sau tất cả tan vỡ. chị là động lực sống của em.em rất biết ơn Nhi về tất cả những video của chị. Em sẽ tiếp tục tìm hiểu thêm thật nhiều kiến thức từ chị để em có thể phát triển tốt hơn phiên bản cũ trước đây của em em thiếu kiến thức trầm trọng nên em đã đánh mất tất cả từ tình yêu người yêu tuyệt vời đến tiền bạc và những người xung quanh em .đối nội ngoại.em thật tồi tệ. Bài Học Rút ra Nhi Lê #50: -Công thức để hạnh phúc đơn giản làm mỗi việc đơn giản mỗi ngày: Tập Thể dục, ăn uống điều độ, thiền, đọc sách, cho lại người khác giá trị tốt => Cách tạo hạnh phúc lâu dài - Ăn mặc đơn giản, tối giản, ở nhà gọn gàng sạch sẽ, tối giản làm điều khác biệt so với xã hội ngoài kia chỉ mua bán chạy theo xu hướng, bạn tập làm ngược lại sẽ khiến bạn có dc hạnh phúc thật sự. - Khi bạn có tiền bạc rồi, bạn tăng thu nhập về vật chất không có ý nghĩa là bạn hạnh phúc hơn. - Bản chất con người Ai cũng có suy nghĩ tiêu cực, cũng có những nỗi sợ, những người biết cách vượt qua suy nghĩ tiêu cực đó bằng cách tư duy phân tích, suy nghĩ những gì mình đang có, hạnh phúc những gì mình đang có => Biết ơn, trân trọng.

Lessons from Q&A PTBT 50 - Accepting that I have negativity, but I need to find a way to resolve it. - When saying "I want" something, it implies a negative statement because I want it because I don't have it. Change that statement to "Right now, I feel..." which shifts the statement from negativity to gratitude. - Money is still a source of happiness for me when I feel that the money I earn can help those around me. However, there comes a point where an increase in income doesn't necessarily equate to an increase in happiness. Instead, it might be exercising, moderate eating, and other things that are good for health. Things that may not bring immediate happiness but contribute to long-term happiness.

Lessons from PTBT Q&A #50 Negativity is something you are born with Accept that I am negative but I want to find a way to solve it, choose how to confront it, choose how to face it. You cannot change how life faces you but you can change the way you face life. Science has proven that a person's basic needs and living expenses are not in sync with your happiness. The things that don't make you happy are the things that make you happy for a long time. For example: exercise, eat well, give back, do intangible things that you know are good for your health

Replace it with "I'm happy now". - Believe in the spirit of minimalism, minimizing... Doing unhappy things -> maintaining long-term happiness (Reading books, exercising, drinking water, eating vegetables,...) -> creating a way live peacefully. Over time it's good for you.
