american artists completely ruined the meaning of auto-tune. Most every japanese artist you hear is legit. Their live voices are identical to studio recordings.
ever heard of TK? aka Toru Kitajima, the lead singer of Ling Tosite Sigure... its like his voice is 90% similar to the auto tune... he's known for his ability to switch between voices while singing he's a legend among legends... also the singer of Co Shu Nie is known as the female version of TK because she has a similar talent
yes. her voice so beautiful even didnt use autotune. but, the basic tune has been reduced. on this video they was playing on A#. on the original video, they was playing on C#.
No exaggeration, this is probably one of the best OP songs (and Japanese math rock in general) of any anime this decade, and it manages to sound even more chaotic live. What an amazing band - I'll definitely look out for their future projects.
better to not be shouting when someone pours their heart out on stage like this. have you ever looked into a translation of the lyrics? it makes to song even better
In Asia, nearly everyone grew up on karaoke. So to be a real pro you gotta have the ability to sing live and perform. In America, an artist is has advertise their image, because the songs themselves don't give longevity. Many Japanese performers can perform the same song sets for years while in America you're likely forgetable after your 1st album.
I expected her to do great, but this surpassed even those expectations and left them to die. She is an amazing singer whether the song is recorded in studio or when she's singing live!🙌
I have perfect pitch and I can confirm her voice is not autotuned. The notes she sang were mostly in a pinch different pitch than the recordings. Also, she seems to have shorter breaths here, which impacts her pitch too
