Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath soundtrack, composed by Mikael Sandgren.
The track is officially titled "Kane's Wrath" both internally and in the US-only soundtrack disc from The Ultimate Collection, while "Mechanical Mind" is the name referred to by fans for some reason.

Yeah I love how every faction has some brute force weapons no matter how agile/stealth/fragile units they have which really sets the mood when you win with this song playing after since you most likely used some sort of end-game unit to win

@@mignonne_ I mean yeah, military forces aren't RPG characters, they can use multiple, different kinds of tactics. even Nod has ways to steamroll and fuck shit up despite the fact that they tend to heavily favor stealth and guerrila tactics.
