ever since her debut era, Seohyun has always inspired me to be disciplined. I remember that one time when the paparazzi got tired of following her because she's so disciplined with her lifestyle that the only pictures they caught is her reading in a cafe HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA
Even as a much older and more matured Seohyun she is STILL disciplined and just so damn smart and confident, she hasn’t changed one bit (mostly lol). I personally don’t get diets at all but I trust that she knows what she’s doing and hope that any fans who are quick to follow what she’s doing will do some research of their own >
All the staff are obsessed with seohyun because she’s actually the sweetest girl and it’s not just an image ❤ A little concerning that she’s so into health but only eats one meal a day though… 😢
Seohyun her obsession with healthy food only has always been a bit concerning to me. Now that she mentions one full meal a day it makes sense she looks the way she looks. I hope she gets all her nutrients in and is happy. She seems to be healthy though so..
@@Esandeech2 I think that’s very healthy tho. We really shouldn’t be eating unhealthy food. She eats very healthy, I think everyone should eat like that.
@@pamlove2440One meal a day is not healthy. The real healthy is to eat 3-5 times a day. Surely the nutrients should be distributed healthy. When in diet. Healthy snack in between the big meal which is also healthy. Korea obsessesion with eating one full meal a day is not healthy nor it is weird. This often practice by Korean celebs. Ever wonder why kept on consuming expensive health supplement. From omega 3 to vit D? Because they didn't eat very healthy as in one meal a day and that's it. Another actor I know also did the same. Yet he kept on taking supplement. 5 basic one per day. VitD is literally the most common supplement kpop celebs consumed. Ask any health practitioner's The only health supplement is from source not the one you bought from the expensive bottle. Vit D is very easy. Just busk in the sun for 10min a day and you are done. Omega3, just consume salmon, eggs and high omega fishes. This OMAD (one meal a day) is pretty popular in Korea kind of like IF but the thing is it never good for long term. Ever wonder why this girl usually got sick pretty easily. Like they often get I shot and all. Surely those didn't end up in news. It literally shows how they lack necessary nutrients and hence the need to depend on health supplement for proper balanced. You can still stay healthy without forcing yourself to constantly be in hunger. Just watch the portion and eat normal and recommended amount. Most important thing is to not overeat and always exercise.b
@@pamlove2440 were also supposed to live our lives. And it is up to everyone on how to do that. If you always eat food you don’t like the taste of, but eat it because someone else deems it unhealthy, THAT itself is unhealthy to me.
I wouldn't be too worried. Seohyun used to have more full meals, such as when she was in SNSD. Since she's mostly busy as an actress nowadays she eats small for breakfast and lunch like you saw in this episode, however she does eat full meals for dinner :) Directors usually want actors to be slimmed down for the camera so whenever she doesn't have any schedules she tends to eat a filling brunch. Seohyun luckily eats healthy enough that she gets all her nutritional needs. She's always been very meticulous 😆
I'm not an snsd super fan but I remember watching her in WGM...I remember she read books every time she had free time and that made me buy books and start reading. It became a habit for me and practically changed my life. Even though I am not a real fan I am so thankful
I actually haven’t seen a Sephyun video in so long. I remember her from her We Got Married days and even in her latest “Love and Leashes” movie. So glad to see her again on the screen haha.
Her discipline is sooo sooo charming!!! dear god! I loveeee that she is sooo worried about her manager! I worked at a Korean salon and I was FORCED fed by all my coworkers lol! They made sure I was always eating and would give me water all the time because i hate water lmao!
I admire her for the discipline but I honestly can't imagine not eating tasty 'bad' foods even if it is only once in a while? Some of the joys in life are eating good foods, right? Only having one full meal a day seems like too much discipline if you ask me. I enjoy my savory and fried foods once in a while and that doesn't make someone unhealthy :)
She probably has ED and feels bad and fat after eating these foods that's why she acts like this. We're normal lmao she ain't this industry will do that to you.
She always loved eating healthy food even during her teenage years.. if you see her older pictures she had an extremely healthy body so saying that someone has ED without really knowing is not nice. @@oogaboogass
If I were her manager, I wouldn't mind eating whatever healthy food she gave to me because we all know Seohyun is really good at taking care of her health.
I'm so glade to see this video now I can get my healthy life back on track since I'm into junk food nowadays, I would gladly to use her picture on my desk as a reminder, thank you seohyun-nim.. and omg his manager is so lucky to have her 😭
Awwww i would like to have someone like Seohyeon who keep track of my food intake cos i want to be healthy and be reminded. Not a fan before but now im a fan of her now 😍😍😍
I understand the idea of a good, balanced and healthy diet What I don't understand is the continuous limitations, not eating salt or pepper, carbohydrates etc, it always seems like a lot to me At least she's not an extremist
After cutting more than half of my weight. I become crazy for spicy food. Today I learned how to give people compliment. I hope I can smooth it out just like GangRo.
How her personality remain unchanged since day 1 is amazing. Remember how she told her SNSD member that if they eat junk food they will die? 😂 Aside of that shes remain humble and sweet as she was then and now. I love her sincierity ❤
@@SparkzMxzXZ You can "spotlight seohyun" without belittling the others by saying that she "hard carries" them. You don't have to bring down the others to compliment her.
@@SparkzMxzXZ Yea so say that you're a fan of seohyun specifically and not snsd, or say that you think she has the best vocals in snsd. But don't say that she "carries" the others. She ain't got nothing on Taeyeon or Tiffany or Jessica. Again, you can praise someone without belittling others.
On top of that everyone is joking in the comments about how she tells ppl if they eat hamburgers they’re going to die… everyone is entitled to their own habits but turning around and nagging at ppl bc they don’t restrict themselves from food is crazy
But drinking only milk for breakfast and decrease your meals to the point of cutting stuff is also unhealthy She depends mostly on vitamin bills that's also not good
as much as she nags you can tell that she really loves and cares for the people that work with her.. she just wants them to be healthy and be in the best condition so that can work/ be with her forever! its literally giving princess and her faithful "servants" that are literally her family! so endearing to watch them truly care for her and it be recipricated
Whenever shes with her unnies in SNSD, she just naturally become the maknae and always get bullied by her unnies. It so touching that she is different around her unnies. Whenever she is solo she is very mature and responsible.
as expected of seohyun hehe I still remember when she made a fuss about her unnie's in snsd for eating burgers. it's refreshing to still see her stick to her healthy lifestyle principles ehe
Seohyun bby girl its ok to eat at least 1-2 complete meal. I dont want to be that person but At least eat something with the milk u already have lost a lot of weight. Being healthy doesnt mean u have to cut down your food intake.
@@NancyinRedHeels Not getting enough to eat is also not a healthy lifestyle. If your doctor says your body and hormonal levels are ok, then you probably don't eat that little/restrictivly (and that's great!)
Her partner will feel hard to live with her later. Lots of rules, needs to take control over everything, thinking that her ways is the best that everybody needs to follow.
