Furthermore- capture the Soviet Base just East of your Base's current position; their weapons- including the Vacuum Imploder should prove their usefulness to you; while the Soviet War Factories due West of your Base IS Rumored to produce Cherdenko's New "Fuck Toy": the Tesla Tanks... *If capturing their War Factories will not yield any Tesla Tanks, then have them Chronoshifted to a safe spot in your base via the Chronosphere, and have them Cryoshot by your Cryocopters- while your Allied Spies try to Bribe them into Fighting for You... Same thing applies to every Soviet Army Unit present- including Natasha the Sniper Commando 😁 Should you manage to deploy your own Soviet Troops- merge them with the Multigunner IFVs and Defense Turrets, it should yield surprising results... The game comes full circle with the Allied campaign ending on the same map the Soviet campaign began on with you destroying the same building you defended as the Soviets. Clever creative choice, or a lazy cutting of corners. You make the call!
I think its clever crrative cboice actually. I would have thought Moscow would be the last mission like the Japan did in the penultimate mission, but if you connect all the missions together (non-canon wise)? You will realize WHY the soviets would protect that fortress at any cost.
Nice play! I use a different approach to handle some parts of this mission: - for the first eastern Iron Curtain, I use all my remaining mirage tanks. Usually they're enough - for the second, I use some peacekeeper and javelins to clear out the garrisons and javelin laser lock to raze the iron curtain - for the third, I combine IFVs, mirages, and apollos. Also I destroy the airbases so they won't pump out too much twinblades and migs anymore - for the center one, I use chronosphered Tanya IFV, which I find very effective since the base is quite dense - Usually the first two iron curtains are already handled by Warren. For the last one, chronosphered athenas can obliterate it faster than mirages - I chronosphere Tanya IFV to the center island and her C4 will INSTANTLY destroy the space station Not really a fan of Tanya but I find this mission to be quite Tanya friendly!

Commander: Your base is low on power and some funding, have your Engineers capture the Soviet Super Reactors in the area- this will keep your base powered at all times MEANWHILE: have your Allied Spies infiltrate the Soviet Ore Refineries, this will fund your war efforts even further- do also have the Spies relegated to Bribe Duty: Lure every Soviet Force you may encounter to your base, then Bribe them to fight for you- this should work to all Soviet Forces, including Natasha. Do Bribe, Capture, and/or build Soviet Hammer Tanks- though they don't exactly function similar to the Allied Forces' Multigunner IFVs- its Leech Beam Mode arms the Hammer Tank itself with whatever weapon it has siphoned from most enemy vehicles... Please do experiment and combine Soviet and Allied Weapons Tech: it works😁
My main problem in this mission is, usually, Warren dies once the final Iron Curtain has been destroyed, then when I'm about to focus all my Century Bombers on the Fortress, apocalypse tanks come raining hellfire on me, normally, I'd be able to take an attack on one side, but when Warren dies I have to defend on two fronts, and destroy the Fortress in time. 4:44 btw, when it comes to choosing between british lumpenproletariat and american play boy model, I always choose Brotherhood of Nod. So far Kane provided us with the least awkward female military contingent, who always wear latex and have blond hair, while Red Alert 3 forced me to have cringe stroke every 5 min. The game is great though.
Yeah figure you had to use Tanya. My ethena cannons get wiped out by twin blades, terror drones ... stupid because you can use Tanya on the previous mission to blow up the stadiums which are pumping out blimps
Ahh yes, this one. Had difficulties just controlling the K/D ratio. I was once able to beat this on hard without losing more than 20 units……Now I can't beat a hard AI……
Omg I played the old RA and CnC games but completely missed this. It has Tim Curry, George Takei and the Hoff! And presumably they didn't expect straight women to play this game with the awkward sexy invite at the end.
I didn´t liked much the gameplay and the cartoon type graphics but the music, story and movies were pretty good and entertaining, the actors were really amazing in this one, most of them famous and with the classic cheesy and even ridiculous style of Command and Conquer cutscenes. Specially the actors that played as Russian, i don´t think i ever laughed that much in a Command and Conquer game How EA went from this and C&C 3 to the piece of shit that it is Command and Conquer 4? Incredible, what a way to destroy one of the best franchises of game industry.
I also don't like this game for that lego-style graphics. Buildings and units look more childish compared to Red Alert 2. EA was responsible for that. Red Alert 2 is my favorite game from the Red Alert universe.
@@hdw In Red Alert 3 also there is something odd with the economy and production system, it doesn´t feel right like in the other games. And all that micro can drive you crazy in multiplayer with bad ping, games more oriented to macromanaging are more forgiving with bad ping. Agree, Red Alert 2 is the pinnacle of the franchise, of all Command and Conquer universes, i don´t know why it reminds me a little of KKND Xtreme.
I found RA2's comedy much funnier. And while I didn't expect masterful storytelling from C&C, I did expect better than the Soviet campaign recycling all the major plot points from the Soviet campaign in RA2.
I've beaten Allied and Soviet campaign with ease but cant beat Empire campaign. I'm stuck at the Pearl Harbor mission and can't beat it even on normal difficulty.
19:56 the soviet have a space station. or maybe several. and considering the hi-tech of red alert universe, any factions could go into space and live comfortably outside earth in the solar system.

Normally you can destroy bridges, but not in this one mission, unfortunately. I guess they thought it would be too easy(?). Even though you can finish the final missions for the soviet and rising sun campaigns in only a few minutes.
Clearly not a good commander. One of the hardest c&c missions and the one I always look the least forward to. How I beat it in the past I wouldn't know. Going to try a naval approach. Seems like the hydrofoils will come in real handy . .
What a peace of shit mission, at least on hard. The only strategy I could come up with is spy rush. Basically rebought all the soviet tanks in the beginning area with 5-6 spies once they build a sizeable army (requires a million of quicksaves to perform properly actually). Also instantly bought the apocalypse tank at the 3rd Iron curtain (you can also destroy all the airports there with it, but it requires some AI cheese to make the twinblades ignore you). Then used proton collider on tesla towers, then sent Tanya to their base and then finished the palace with aviation. Even with all that optimization I still finished like on the last minute. They should've given the players a little bit more time I think for the mission to become challenging and enjoyable. At least 2 more minutes. Looking here at your chronosphere strategy I didn't even think to try that, I thought there's too little time for that many warps, guess I was wrong.
well you can cheese this mission by rushing chronosphere and tanya and blow up every single IC with her the trick here is every cooldown you have to constantly use the chronosphere tanya then suicide her your first aim is the right side air base to neutralize the air threat then suicide her then the next chronosphere aim at krukov's base to destroy the IC and vacum imploder keep her alive here then send her to the left 2nd IC since the 3rd is baricade by a wall you can paradrop a engineer here to to capture the IC since it is undefended the 1st and 2nd on your right can be blown up by either century bombers or proton collider done this with less than 7 minutes just remember to always use your chronosphere tanya whenever its ready I didn't go for ground troops here since honestly it cost too much time and resources to build up a strong ground force the constant twinblade reinforcement in the right and apocss can tear your strike force also the drednaughts in the center can wipe out your ground force so I went for a cheap chronospam plus even if you tear down the right side you have to kill the left side since your co commander is so bad at taking out the left and using ground force is so slow at the end once you take out the airbase you can send century bombers for the last IC for your base defense just build a war factory near the bridge and park your initial 5 mirage tanks it can melt anything even that tries to cross that bridge
the field marshal had president ackerman, the biggest anti-soviet war hawk, killed. even though he was able to topple the ussr down, the diplomatic crisis he caused between the usa and europe would stain him so much it's better for him to resign as soon as possible. the player would be branded a war criminal, and so would eva, since they, along with the player's troops, combated against the us military and killed ackerman. the allies might have won and the ussr gone, but the allies themselves should crumble due to the political turmoil, all because the idiot field marshal didn't want to risk intensifying tensions with the soviets. and in the end, ackerman was right to try to activate his mt rushmore cannon!
what ackerman wants to do 23:57 (leveling moscow instantly and killing millions of innocent people) is also considered heinous war crime. not so different from the soviets if the soviet leaders put aside what little restraint of humanity they have (which is very little). so the allied nations would still appreciate what the field marshal and the commander do (stop ackerman and trying to keep peace in the world with untrustworthy soviet). perhaps they'll punish the marshal and the commander, but the majority of the world's population that prefer peace would demand lighter sentence for them.
@@kukuhimanputraraharja8084 you do realize, the usa is a major backer of the allies? without the usa, the allies would be under soviet control. i think the usa is in a position to declare who's the war criminal and who isn't. plus, if ackerman successfully levels moscow, sure, future generations of EVERYONE will view him as a war criminal but back then, given the tendencies of premier cherdenko to betray people, it was an option worth doing.
@@jvbutalid8316 if the usa and its population is the greater part of the allies, then sure, the allies will be more warhawk-minded and side with ackerman. but thats not what happened. the new president acknowledge ackerman's fault and still give respect to the marshal and commander. i dunno exactly how's the partitions of power between allied nations, but considering that right after the mission to stop ackerman we were thrown immediately to another conflict with the soviet, its enough to say that the peace-oriented populations of usa & allied nations won over the warhawk-minded populations. also, the field marshal seems to be british due to his accent. so maybe britain's leaders can compete with usa for the stronger position within allied council due to how the field marshal was given the authority to execute president ackerman. so imo the usa doesn't control everything in the allied faction.
@@kukuhimanputraraharja8084 i just think it's the elites stabilizing a political problem by their own hands. but even with your suggestion, how does it feel if your president gets killed? i think that even if you don't like whoever's in power, the fact that he just got killed will set a precedent that will harm future presidents. think of it like this: since ackerman got killed under the marshal's orders, wouldn't the next president get killed too whenever convenient, and so on? imagine if the current nato supreme commander orders the current us pres assassinated or say the current british pm assassinated. that's a low blow. it would break international relations down.
@@jvbutalid8316 if the red Alert series took a more serious approach, there'll definitely be a fracture between the allied nations that would cause at least some nations pulling out of the war altogether or something like that. but the allied forces are almost always painted to be the most unified faction in red alert series' history. kinda like the gdi from tiberium series. but for me the weirdest part is that in allied ending we got 2 girls competing for our attention. while in both soviet and empire ending we only got 1 girls each. and allied ending is considered the canon one. i'm kinda expecting ackerman to return from out of nowhere with yuri and an army of dinosaurs at this point.
