[C-CLOWN(씨클라운)] Happy Birthday To T.K! 

Haha so basically, from what I can tell, Kangjun went AWOL, ran out of their van to someplace without informing the members of CCLOWN, or the company of his whereabouts. Tk had asked him, "where are you going." But he didn't give answer. The noona staff was asking if they didn't think it was weird that he hadn't contacted them. She became angry as they were supposedly going to film something for the fans. Tk became agitated thinking about it, as they were getting told off for something that wasn't their fault. Ray started talking over the noona staff member, which resulted in him getting told off. The staff then asked a question and questioned why TK didn't give an answer. TK then told the staff he understood why she was angry and suggested that the remaining five members could shoot the video, and then they could re-shoot it when Kangjun returned. But the staff refused. Anyway Kangjun returned with the cake aha and TK was so frustrated he threw his wallet to the floor haha

The whole setup was super funny. Poor T.K was so annoyed and it was funny to see his reaction when they finally surprised him lol. It was also funny to see Rome finally let his excitement out; jumping around, shouting, & hugging the heck out of T.K. It's nice to see that they care so much for each other ^^

I'll try helping out with translation :) during TK's little speech at the end he says that although he's really annoyed, it'll be a great memory for him. He then says that usually Rome get angriest (as the leader) an it was weird that Rome wasn't angry. Seeing that Rome wasn't angry made TK even angrier. Then TK says that whoever has the next birthday should watch out haha

So basically, Kangjun suddenly disappeared (to set up the cake TK didn't know about). The staff member got angry because they were going to film something, go somewhere, idk for sure. In the middle of the conversation, Ray talked over her to try to even out the situation, which only earned Ray some yelling. TK was asked a question. However, he didn't answer. After the staff yelled at him, he suggested leaving with just 5. Right when they were about to leave, *HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAOS* Lol, I love Rome and TK in this video xD
