Colombo is soo underrated, but with the last buffs it received it's really good, or better say balanced, you have SAP with workable dispersion and 16 guns, but the guns are 381s so no overmach at all on basically every ship it encounters, sap is also havily nerfed against DDs making her really good against other BBs and cruisers mainly, the HP are on the lower side but it has really good angles with 360 degrees turrets, I say, personally i think the Colombo is one of the most balanced ships in the game and surely is one of the funniest to play.
