Meu professor de canto também ensina isso que quando você vai fazer o agudo é pra expandir a laringe. Como se tivesse fazendo aquela zoada de ataque asmatico

Na verdade, um ataque asmático tende a fechar a laringe, em vez de abri-la. É importante estar ciente disso e considerar fazer alguma pesquisa adicional sobre as técnicas vocais para obter um entendimento mais preciso.

What vocal exercises would you prescribe one to stretch your vocal register to reach that height? I'm a deep voice tenor from Iowa (the US) and after the G above middle C my voice become light and "whisky" and I can just barely squeak out the B-flat above that! :P

Hello Wade, the most important (after the correct and secure intercostal diaphragmatic support) is the full expansion of the larynx AND pharynx giving freedom to the vocal cords vibrations to arrive at the natural head and chest resonances, plus the correct natural tilt of the larynx, not forced but mechanically produced as consequence of a correct possition. How can you call yourself a tenor when you're facing the described problems? Better think of assessing your voice as that of a baritone.
