Thaks for the comment king.The upper left hand corner should grant you access to the System screen. I would advise calling into Tech support for help on this issue. 1-800-633-0405
Use a ballpoint pin with the ink part retracted or a stylus type stick it makes a more effective press on the screen and you need to use a hold action to bring up the menu
