nahi aapko sql database client PC me install krna hoga and connection ka code bhi check krna hoga as per client PC before creating setup just install sql and visual studio and update the connection code . and jab lage ki application work krha h Client PC me then setup file create kro and usko install kro client pc me and than no need of Visual studio isko uninstall kr skate h and aapko SQL database ki jarurat hogi

Yes it’s true it will not run on the computer on which this to Software’s are not installed you need to install them first because there are a lot of packages that are required to run such program which automatically installed when the software are installed
