The GAU-8 is a seven-barrel Gatling gun with a 30 mm caliber. The Centurion C-RAM/Phalanx CIWS (Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar) system and CIWS (Close-In Weapon System) use a 20 mm Gatling gun/cannon to destroy incoming targets. When the C-RAM fires at night, it produces amazing red tracers.
