If you read anything let it be the word of god to know C.S lewis preached his own false doctrine and not of christ. He called christ the God man and said he was wrong about his prophecies of the last days and that he lied to us. PLEASE ALL UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WILLINGLY FOLLOW. there is still a chance.

God uses many tools. You know them (whether it is of God or not) by their fruits.

Lay it all down at the feet of Jesus. Admit you can do nothing on your own. Repent and be sorrowful for your bad decisions, for this will produce Godly sorrow. Ask the Savior Jesus to become your Lord of your life. Then listen to this message/devotional and the Holy Spirit will give you insight. This is an excellent message for all believers, young and old, but the key to your walk is Godly repentance, sorrow and tearful admission that He, God is holy and cannot look on sin. Jesus cleansed you with His Blood when you asked Him to be Lord of your life. Then listen to the message again and be comforted that God will never fail you.

My dear friend, I pray that you will be encouraged and will have a clear direction and strength this day. The peace surpasses all understanding will be upon you. You are loved unconditionally.

God is so good to reveal himself in our pain. He is there for us constantly. We have a great Father who knows all about us and loves us unconditionally.

So encouraging it gives me hope

But why would you leave the original Christian church? Jesus founded the Catholic Church. It's the only one with all the true Sacraments. It's the only true word of Christ.

Catholics are original Christians, by the way you left Sacred for is a schism/which watered down teachings. from the Church Jesus Christ created, do you know that about 32000 pastors converted in the last 25yrs, after they get courage to study original Bible, reading early Fathers, read Fathers of the desert, by the way Scott Hahn, a converted pastor, great mind and easy reading, read his conversion story, praying and blessings

​@@lauradahlusOh dear, Jesus is not the founder of earthly churches, he explained it to the Samaritan woman in John 4:23-26 do not be misled by doctrines of different people, Seek God first, He will direct you to the right path, it is so sad that we are all claiming to belong to Christ yet we are divided by our knowledge about him.

I think a collection of the works of C.S. Lewis would be a good starting point.
