C, U, L, ∑ and Z Profile Roll Forming Line 

C, U, L, ∑ and Z Profile Roll Forming Line. Is ready for pre-acceptance. Base measure change for profiles C/Z/L sizes (width/length) will be made by Servo Motor NC system and molds will move as blocks while the size is changing. Major Profile type change (Between C & Z & L) will be done by cassette change manually. Dimension change over time within the same profile will be approximately 20 mins. This time contains profile cutting blade changeover and coil change. Type changeover time (Change between the profiles C/Z/L) will be approximately 60 mins. This time contains cassette changeover (disassembling current cassette, assembling new one to the line), cutting blade change over, and coil change.
