I think u meant circlet. But like if u can get close to 100 crit rate with 250 CD (if u r using his signature) with a hp circlet, then yea go for it. But that requires insane luck. Don't go for hp circlet before c2 imo if u can't reach this crit ratio. Btw u don't need 100 CR(with Mh bonus) but i would recommend atleast 80. U can try hp goblet tho. Even in non furina teams, my hp goblet pwrforms better cuz it's substat is better. But normally in furina teams, it's hp goblet and hydro goblet with proto amber or non furina teams.

With Furina and especially Furina's cons HP goblet / circlet are a very viable options if one's using a crit dmg weapon (Neuv's signature for example). In this particular case though, this Neuvilette should absolutely be using a crit rate circlet (even better that this is his off piece), since he has almost no crit rate whatsoever and even after 3 stacks of the Mare artifact set he's still at a miserable 67 crit rate.
