You get different notes 1 note - Atk buff 2 notes - Elemental dmg bonus 3 notes - EM

49 cr good for nuke build but not good for dps build i have 55cr and still miss a lot

THAT's how it is every time something new happens (like a new character), again very obviously, it is more content for creators so obviously everyone tries their best to make content on the booming topic for views... That is just how it is... ;)

he literally showed his build afterwards.... pluc its clearly visible that his Xianyun has 1 charge of El skill. C1 alreeady gives 2nd charge so she cant be even c1@@GoldfishOfDoom
