Yes, the basic damage produced remains from Nilou's 2nd Passive. (every 1,000 points of Nilou's Max HP above 30,000 will cause the DMG dealt by Bountiful Cores, you can read more about it in Nilou's 2nd passive) The damage can increase further depending on the EM of the character. To play Bloom, all characters in the party have the potential to give a Bloom reaction, so the damage that appears often varies. (sorry if wrong)
What the EM on Kaveh actually do to the team _aren't all Bountiful Cores damage solely dependent of Nilou's EM? Asking 'cause I'm trying to figure out if I should build my C6 Kaveh with EM/EM/EM, EM/DendroDmg%/EM or EM/EM/CritDmg%
As far as I know, the damage from Nilou's Bountiful Core increases from Nilou's total HP, for EM on Nilou it is for additional damage if the Bloom is triggered by Nilou. Just like Nilou, EM for Kaveh to add damage to Nilou's Bountiful Core if the Bloom is triggered by Kaveh, therefore many players use full EM for all party members on the Nilou Team, because this Bloom can be created from all teams, it's different The case is with Hyperbloom/Burgeon which is caused by only 1 party member. As for status, I think Dendro DMG and CritDmg are not suitable, because Bloom's damage is only seen from EM alone, if you want to make Kaveh with a Normal build like EM/DendroDmg & CR/CDM I don't think it's suitable either, because the damage caused by Kaveh is quite less, because Kaveh's passive also supports Bloom, unlike Xingqiu, for example, even though it doesn't give Full EM, the damage to Xingqiu's Normal build is very good. @chetevii yeah, for my testing I also noticed all the cores were doing the same amount of damage _genuinely thinking on building him as a regular DPS with Atk%/DendroDmg%/CritDmg%, I'll always run him paired with Nilou anyway lol
