You should go with a semi gloss black for the headers and pipes. Matte looks cheap but so does too much gloss. Big question is whether you want them to be a eye catching feature or if you just want them to blend in
One other thing I saw was that fan bro if your planning on driving that a lot you should use a heavy duty clutch fan or electric and just pitch that one you have or throw it up on the shelf
