I'm pretty sure Xianyun also plays a part to give buff for Xilonen plunge attack

It's c2 xilonen, c3 furina and c2 xianyun. But I reckon a f2p team can clear albeit slower

so first you open her talent screen and read her skill! hope this helps 🩷 (but seriously tho what you do is you fill up her night soul blessing bar with enhanced normal attacks and that gives u her res shred, with the scroll set u have to trigger crystallize for the element u want to buff)

Use her skill, and then use her basic attack 2 times to activate her doritos. Her doritos will have colors based on her teammates' elements. When you activate her doritos, she will apply 36% resistance shred of those elements to enemies.

Her res shred however depends on the level of her skill so make sure to level that!!
