Just bought this watch off amazon. Works fine, but it won't connect to the app on the phone. I did connect the Bluetooth though. I can only make and receive calls. Can't track my steps, heartbeat or any off the other functions. Can u give me some info on how to get it to connect or bind to the app on the phone???

Hi, sorry for bothering, I ordered this watch and touchscreen does not work,its getting notifications and sound but can't do anything on it . I dont want to send it back bcs it takes ages to arrive and I would have to pay for shipping. Do U maybe have any idea what the issue is and how to solve it? Thanks

@@techholics6477 Actually I discovered the magnetic connection is on the bottom side of the watch. I had not opened the usb cable yet so assumed it had to be also plugged in to watch and didnt realize its a magnetic connection thanks!
