Hi David. I’m 100% with ya on your spot-on description of why C3s are so darn beautiful and attractive. Wow, a 4-speed 76 with only 6K miles. And the original owner to boot? That’s awesome! And your other toys sound great as well. I had a 71 Formula 400 years ago plus several Third Gens including a 1989 Turbo Trans Am I should’ve never sold. Oh well. Thanks for following! 😊👍🏻
My wife bought me my first Vette . She had it delivered to the house the day I left for work . It has minimal documentation. Previous owner works in Caymen Islands . Anyone know the best way of looking up the specs up off SN# ? Chevy dealer ?
Have you considered contacting the Corvette Museum? I believe they may be able to help you although the records may not go back to the 1970s. Worth investigating anyway. Also check www.corvetteactioncenter.com/infosearch/index.php?cmd=area
@@76vette that was my concern was the electronic filing . I know they had that sink hole . It all looked bad enough . Not sure how the records survived. I know it’s an L-82 . Haven’t got to look at it good but I did have my mechanic to put headers and dual exhaust on it . He owns a 69 and a 71 . He told me the car is in as good of shape as anything he’s seen so that’s a plus to me .
