Panty hose I don't do ...have you ? .. macys sells jessica simpson thigh high like thou that don't tear pinching as I do with thumb and one big toe to put on . By their sandles in hose section. Very easy and stay up. I have little use of right leg so I dress on toilet lol. Easier. I can hold left arm around grab bar as I bend and not fall lol. Left arm doesn't function . Right thumb left leg are my warriors,Try using big toe
