icai should take action on these activites they have made professional ethics guideliines for professional misconduct then why not something for mistreatment of employees

My daughter recently quit from ACCENTURE for the same reason. We reported to the their HR. Continuing at the same company after complaining would be disastrous. So I advised my daughter to quit!!

Even corporates don't even care for health! They offer unhealthy foods pizza, colddrink, oily spicy foods.... Some people just end up consuming them because obviously they are hungry after workload 😢 Corporate should also provide health check-up, good food if employee is overworking

There should be strick laws related to work and working hours of employees and icai should take it seriously..in corporate world says that employees are assests of the company but it limited to only on paper not in real life

Ma'am, does icai have some responsibilities?? I haven't find any video from the icai committee member, president sir. Is disciplinary committee is just to look over the conduct of CA's or they can take stand for their members, afterall they have also lost a member.
