Hello Sir.. Sir i have doubt in Rule 19 1:15:39 in 3rd clause.. Where it is written that such restriction doesn't apply on Systematically imp NBFC. But we have amendment in NBFC also where they changed the classification in Layer wise i.e Base/Middle/Upper layer. On which type of NBFC it doesn't apply as per new classification.

Sir i am doing law self by munish bhandari sir book and there are nearly 2 pages of rules on ODI & FC and those are "Foreign Exchange Mgmt. (trf. or issue of any foreign security) regulations 2004". So should i completely ignore that part and read these new rules and regulations or there are some things that are new in these rules and some of old rules will remain relevant?

I am explaining the doubt what I understand Bare act- Investment in foreign securities, but not in any unlisted debt instruments or in any securities issued by a PRI who is not in an IFSC Explain : OPI means investment in securities, but not in any securities issued by a PRI who is not in an IFSC. Not OPI if PRI issue securities not in an IFSC. If issued by PRI in IFSC it is OPI. If my explaining is any mistake comment.
