Ye baat dekhlo ye karlena wo Karlena bolke sir aap to dhaga khol diye.. Gazab sir took 1.5 Hour for Watching this revision lecture and around 45 mins to recall all your short provision/points But after that around 2 ghante me I have solved all questions by scribbling the relevant provision by hand. @@svalimbeclassesSir could you please clarify the difference between approval to MP under 196(4) and approval to Whole time KMP under section 203(2) The former states approval for T&C of appointment by BoD SH and CG for MD, WTD & Manager The latter section specifies approval of T&C for Whole time KMP including MD WTD & Manager by BoD approval only What is the differentiating point?
