Sir, you did not take depreciation in account in reciepts and payments. The amount of depreciation will be added in the purchases of Machinery and sports equipment, right?
brooo........depreciation is a non cash expense and R&P ac is real ac..so in real acc we only show cash based transaction hence depreciation is a non cash expense so we will not include depreciation in R&P acc it will be shown in I&E ac only 😊i hope smjh agya hoga...all the best for the exam
