As morbid as it sounds I have a playlist started for when I die. I want my friends to sit around & listen to good music & think of me & this is going on it.
It doesn't sound narcissistic. It would be if you gathered everyone around while you are alive but death is a big deal. And I would hope one or 2 people would want to listen to a playlist I made or do something to honor the life I had.

OK can we just take a moment to appreciate that while the pronoun for the singer is male in the lyrics, since the singer is indeed male, but the pronouns for their prospective lover is they/them/their. Honestly wonderful, glad I found this band
