To lean a little more into the Goad strategy, I'm considering taking out Phabine and putting in Frenzied Saddlebrute. I love the idea of giving opponents creatures haste, especially if I'm going to be goading them. And outside of the budget you were probably looking at, but Iroas, God of Victory. Swing, swing away without worrying about your token army dying, plus if you have Intangible Virtue on the field already, you still keep everyone up to block. Love the list you put together though, I'll definitely be using it as a foundation for my own changes.

My first 2 adds for this deck when i saw it was Avenger of Zendikar and Mirror Entity, as well as the newly released halo fountain, Im building this deck literally becasue I got one in the pre release and took it as a sign

i put divine visitation and jinnie fae in mine. its so funny how the 1/1 citizens or treasures -> turned dogs -> turned angels hits :D then all eyes are on me, but then they realized everything they owned is already goaded. lol

I was considering Rhys the redeemed and krenko as well as halo fountain, but I'm not sure how well they'd do on the side
