ingredients for Manchurian:-
1/2 flower cabbage
1 carrot
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp chop ginger
chop coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp aromate powder
2 tbsp corn flour
1.5 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
oil for frying
ingredients for Manchurian Gravy:-
1 spoon chop garlic
1 spoon chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
chop onion and chop capsicum
chop red yellow capsicum
1 tsp corn flour for thickening
chop spring onion
Ingredients for veg noodles:-
1 pkt hard noodles
1 spoon oil
1 spoon chop garlic
Julien cabbage carrot
red yellow green capsicum
1 onion slice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp aromate powder
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
spring onion
