Recipe:
Sauerkraut leaves
2 onions
1 carrot
1 stalk of leek
200 g of rice
500 g of minced meat
600 ml of hot water
1 and 1/2 tsp. sol
1 tsp spice for meat
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory
2 tsp paprika
50 ml of oil
Description:
For the stuffing we will chop onions, carrots and leeks. Fry in a little oil for 10 minutes, adding a little salt.
Add the rice and spices and continue until everything is fried. Pour hot water, add salt and let it absorb the water over low heat. After turning off the stove, add the minced meat, which mix well with the rice. We wrap the sarmas well and put them in the clay pot. After arranging them, pour hot water over them. Place the dish in a cold oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours.
