INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion
1 carrot
600-800 g white cabbage
6 eggs
1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour (optional)
cheese (optional)
Spring onions (optional)
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried tomatoes with garlic
Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 190°C for 1-2 minutes.
