Cabin Crew Video Interview tips&tricks
Video interviews are becoming more and more common. Specifically in times when circumstances are changing, this is a great way to ensure that the Cabin Crew recruitment process will be able to resume without larger loss of productivity. Make sure you’re ready to get in front of the camera by following this video interview tips.
If you’ve never been asked to participate in a video interview during your previous experience, there is a high possibility that you will be soon. The way recruitment is going on, and the current situation right now , is something that is radically unpredictably changing.
I sincerely hope that my video can help and clear things up as I have been in the field of Cabin Crew for 10 years.

I received an online interview from Qatar... but I'm not at home (because of the quarantine), and I don't even have the properly clothing to do it. I don't know if I should do it and sadly, they just gave three days :(.

the only way to know is to try. do the interview and explain your situation in the 5th question but dont forget to say that you will let your hair ready for the next step

I have successfully passed the 1st round of online assessment test now I have an interview by Microsoft Teams with British Airways recruitment team. Please advice me . What if i resign from EY in 2018 cause of Pregnancy, then pandemic came in 2020, and now every interview i am doing i been told haw i will Adjust again to flying after 4 years away, and adapt to SEP procedures… Even i reach final interviews i try to convince the interviewer that I still haven’t forgotten the safety procedures , but still got rejected and I think it s cause of my long pause away from aviation. What should I tell The interviewer to convince them I am still up to date with all safety procedures . If you Might have the time to answer me and advice , will make me so happy ! Hello, Odinsan Ajalah! I answered 5 questions. Btw I used my phone and downloaded the app. Before the actual interview, there is a practice video interview for you to prepare yourself. There is a time given for you to read the question and also think for the answer. I finished the video interview for about 10 minutes. The overall experience was great even though this is my first time to do this thing. 🙂

@@shanicestrachan2298 the common questions you usually get in an interview. If you have been selected to upload your video interview, I would recommend to access with your credentials and consider the practice question as the most possible questions you will get in the actual interview.

Hey Julia, an important query. I'm already done with my final interview and photo upload process in March first week. But due to this pandemic, I recently got a mail stating this "it is with regret that we must inform you that we are unable to proceed further with your on-boarding at this time. The situation is evolving and we may be able to proceed with your on-boarding at a future point, however this cannot be guaranteed. We will keep you updated on any changes to the current circumstances." I honestly am a bit concerned regarding this email. What's your view on this? Also, previously I've applied for multiple cities in my country hoping that I might get invited for atleast 1, but I got invited from 3 cities! The 1st one is the above mentioned case and yesterday I received two emails saying I'm invited to do video interviews for the 2nd and 3rd city! Do you think I need to attend this video interview from 2nd city too just in case because my 1st city interview status is put on hold? Or will they cancel my candidature due to duplication? Really looking forward to your inputs :) P.S: truly thank you from heart for all the wonderful work that you've been doing :)

R.O.R India Hello, I have the same "problem". I don't know if they will really consider our further onboarding process or this is just information for us that we failed. My opinion is that they said both of that. I am really confused because they are still recruiting people through video calls...?

@@natalijamarkvart9861 I know! I'm really confused myself. The mail is so ambiguous. But people have been assuring me that we WILL get a regret mail if at all we are actually eliminated. We haven't received that. So I think we still might have a chance. But I'm just speculating. Hopefully Julia can give us some insight :)

I couldn't apply.. Many of candidates said that 29 March is last day to apply. Today I tried. But I couldn't access the page. And couldn't create my account. I don't know why. I think for covid19 Qatar shut down their website.
