This is how I typically manufacture my cabinets. I prefer using portable power tools over stationary machines, even for breaking down sheet goods and especially when cutting joints.
I use Lamello's Zeta P2 system for connecting the panels, I've been using this machine for years which has proven invaluable for my work especially for larger projects which require on-site assemblies.
Mafell's MT 55 cc track saw has a scoring function which reduces chip out of the phenolic resin / melamine surfaces.
The Mafell DD 40 duo doweller combined with a template (32mm system) makes quick work of drilling shelf pin holes.
Festool's VAC SYS vacuum clamping system always comes in handy for super fast work holding and repetitive tasks.

Lamello zeta is a great machine and easy to use .I just wish the fitting were not such a high price .approx £1 in the UK per fitting .very expensive but I must say brillant machine

Hi Richard, yes the fittings are quite pricey but well worth it for commercial projects just for the time savings and ease of assembly / disassembly!

Nice! What is the plywood you used in this video? Is it painted or have laminate on it? And where can I get it? Thanks 😊

Thanks Ron, the plywood is a high quality birch made by Koskisen with clear melamine resin faces (available in different colours) on both sides. Not sure where you're based but in Melbourne you can get it from Maxiply. I hope that helps :)

Hi I noticed when you made the slots you could see right throrugh to the other side and hence put connectors on both sides, what size connectors did you use and what thickness is this material ?

Hi Christopher, Clamex P-14/10 Medius, material thickness is 18mm or 3/4” but the connectors can work for thinner 16mm stock as well. Hope that helps ✌️
