Cable-ply yarn 

Here is a video I recorded when making some cable-ply yarns. I love the structure of these yarns because they look complex and are magical to spin.
It does take some practice to know the right amount of twist you need at every stage. I talk about it in the video mostly to document the process. I do this often to have a video reference of spinning complex yarn structures so I can refer to them at a later stage.
