Headlights on when raining, yes, that is actually state law in Virginia. It's amazing the number of people who don't turn on their headlights when it's raining. I've even seen cops driving in the rain without headlights!

Wow, I was at the nuclear plant in Pennsylvania in 1980 when I was in my cabover. It was quite the deal. They were very thorough they took all cameras and lighters a bunch of stuff. I felt like I was going to prison.😂
