Yes!! It’s hard to find Plant-based dieticians and oncologists- dieticians and plant based doctors in small communities- and most plant based doctors Not covered by Medicare.

Dr. Dunn- In looking at subtypes for cachexia- is it possible that it is like an autoimmune response in the body- causing muscle and fat loss, etc? I wonder what you think of Dr. Brooke Goldner’s idea and practice of using high cruciferous and plant omega 3s to put her autoimmune patients into remission! She wrote book Goodbye Lupus. Also some new information on Fasting for cachexia treatment.. under medical supervision, of course.

What about broccoli sprouts for sulforaphane ( John Hopkins research)?

The Dietitians don’t know how to treat cachexia!! However- have you considered a Whole Foods Plant based diet ASAP with low oil, low sodium- so that you decrease inflammation?? It’s not always extreme weight loss in all people… and How do you Increase certain foods with an amino acid load… like eggs, meat.. without increasing Tumor Burden??

Is blood Albumin always low with cachexia?? Or can it be in normal range.
