A 10 km do centro da cidade, no Bairro Benedito Alto, e próximo da serra de Doutor Pedrinho está a Cachoeira Véu de Noiva. O acesso até ela é fácil e gratuito. Com uma caminhada ecológica de 1 km em meio à mata. A Cachoeira Véu de Noiva possui uma queda d’água de 63m.
Da trilha até a cachoeira não há muitos locais para fazer um piquenique, mas o acesso da cachoeira tem um restaurante. Para evitar desgastes, é sempre bom levar bastante água, frutas e, quem sabe, até um sanduíche, mas sabendo que parar em algum lugar para se alimentar confortavelmente não é uma opção.
O principal cuidado que é preciso ter no local é quanto às pedras. Como o ambiente por lá é muito úmido devido aos finos jatos d'água oriundos da cachoeira, o trajeto até a queda d'água é liso. Para evitar acidentes, é sempre bom ter precaução. O mesmo vale para a gélida piscina natural que tem pontos mais profundos e até certa correnteza, embora nas margens seja possível se banhar sem problemas.

From the trail to the waterfall there are not many places to have a picnic, but the access to the waterfall has a restaurant. To avoid burnout, it's always good to bring plenty of water, fruit and, who knows, even a sandwich, but knowing that stopping somewhere to eat comfortably is not an option.
The main care that must be taken in the place is regarding the stones. As the environment there is very humid due to the fine jets of water coming from the waterfall, the path to the waterfall is smooth. To avoid accidents, it is always good to be careful. The same goes for the icy natural pool, which has deeper points and even a certain current, although on the banks it is possible to bathe without problems.
