I saw the video and clicked so fast just to find out that it premiers in 20 hours... haha! I can hardly wait. I think we all got so used to the daily videos that we feel quite lost now. I am glad however, that Stephanie is taking a little break. She deserves some rest and must take some good care of herself.
I did the same thing AniaBumba! But they sure have put in so many hours and so much work so we all certainly are glad they have a little time to take care of themselves. We do not understand half that goes into it all. Plus Stephanie has so much of the business side of things to handle too. Have no idea how on earth they do it all/ Cleaning and all they must do. Decorating, and then the undecorating It all that will take place and takes so much time and energy. Good, they are all young yet, but even then, only so much a person can handle. They have become our life though and we see them all as a part of our own families, but even with a family guess, we must always respect their privacy and time for themselves. So that is how we do it, because we do love them and respect them, all that much! We are all thankful to have the glimpse of their life, and glad to take part that much even But I know even I cannot wait to get on the computer in the evening just to see how they are doing. Feeling I am part of it all, in some way. But just like everyone else, my life is busy too, and have no clue how they fit it all in?
I too did the same thing. And then handed the iPad to my husband because I couldn’t figure out why wouldn’t play. I told him it says 3:15 PM it always comes on at 3:15pm. Then I thought they must be having technical difficulties. This went on for like two hours before I realized it was for the next day. I was very heartbroken but laughing at myself at the same time.
Antoine just lit right up with his gifts. He certainly did enjoy them so much. Think I like the idea of having Philip dance the Charleston each time they should see the "Disco Ball Drone" lol, 'All' can dance with him and have fun! Good seeing everyone back tonight. We are on the brink of the New year of 2021! Hard to believe and so many of us have to connect through videos because of distance and lockdowns. In the Northeast, we are having the most COVID 19 ever and much worse than the spring of 2020. People are in quarantine but often it means to work ad home only. Masks are the only protection other than washing hands and staying safe in the cleanliness technique. Look forward to what the new year will bring for all the LaLanders as well as the viewers as well. We are one in spirit. May we all be blessed and healthy, may we all be together, and have peace and more love in this world.
I just love how your constantly excited and surprised Stephanie by the smallest little thoughtful bits your sent to the extravagant gifts . Your face is a joy to watch . Even when the gifts are not for you . Philips laugh/snort is adorable I have to say . Nati a joy . Delighted to see Marie and Antwan back . They have an adorable mother son connection . I love these videos
I need a bell for tea! I laughed so hard when Natty opened that one. My husband always threatens that if he gets sick he needs a bell to ring. I suggested that I could "wring" his neck instead. lol Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all.
You all have no idea how you have helped me get through some sad days. You have made me laugh and feel like I’m part of your Christmas, thank you So So much!
A nice full room of Lalanders for gifts! Yayyy that Antoine, Mary and Nick and Michael Potts all in attendance as well! That tree is stunning! Another fun vlog. 🥰🥰
How wonderful! Welcome back Nick, Marie & Antoine. Marie you look as beautiful & elegant as ever, Antoine is growing up so fast! The generosity of the Lalande community is breathtaking, thanks for sharing xx
Just home from a busy day at work, sat down in my comfy leather chair with my feet up and a big bowl of popcorn, and watched every second of this latest vlog... The perfect end to the day!! It made me SMILE :)
Well such lovely gifts I couldn’t choose a favourite though I have a soft spot for the 2020 Christmas mouse decoration and of course the portrait of Stephanie xx
The setting in this video today was all of the most beautiful Christmases in one. The lights, tree and of course the company was so special! Looking forward to part 2!
Hi Stephanie, so glad you took "a break" although I am sure a lot of people missed you including me, these last few day. I kept going to RU-vid hoping you had published a vlog and began to worry that the storms that came your way, caused problems at the Chateau. Health is more important then too much business, good thing you have "tea time" to take breaks. Loved all the gift opening, so touching how different people just know exactly what will bless you all at LaLande. Happy New Year to you all and I hope 2021 is much better for us all. Blessings, Louise from Appleton, WI
Great so see beautiful Marie & the gentle lovable Antoine back at Lalande. We missed you both so, of course not to forget the “illusive” Nick, Great vlog can’t wait for part 2
Such a wonderfully beautiful heart warming vlog.. You always make me feel as if I'm right there {must be the designer in me} ... such beautiful gifts from all over,is such a joy to watch..Can't wait for part 2.. blessings to you all🥀 🤗♥️🙏😘🥀
A great video, so good to see Marie, Nick, and Antoine back home, he's become such a handsome young man. How wonderful to see you all sitting by the tree, in a beautiful room rich in colour, and filled with treasures...it reinforces my thoughts on minimalist 'Scandi Modern'! Time now for you all to relax and enjoy your New Years Eve celebrations, I'm sure the party will be a hoot! Happy New Year to all. 🥂🏰🦔🦘
I”m with Marie: Manner is an all time favorite for me and my family too. We go to Germany to do some shopping and bring Manner to all of the family!! From my childhood holidays in Austria - jammie!!
Awww, it was so sweet to see you all opening these thoughtful and charming Christmas gifts! So good to see Marie and Antoine again! Love to all you LaLanders! 🤣
How wonderful something so sweet is contagious-your joy! Thank you so much for sharing it with your viewers and also the money that goes to your chosen charities🤗
I love your nativity and creche. When in Nice years ago I bought the smaller ones. Holy family, wise men, camel, and lamb. One of my favorite possessions. I put them under a small glass dome. I don't have the creche.
As a child, the story “Raounzel” was in my favorite book of fairy tales and it said the word meant “little radish”. Her mother was poor and would sneak over the wall of the wittch's vegetable garden to eat her magical radishes so when the witch caught her and demanded the baby daughter in payment, she called her Little RadIsh or....Rapunzel! . So perhaps it’s a radish salad that the pumpkin seed oil is good for?
According to Paul Zelinsky's picturebook of Rapunzel, it's rampion (campanula rapunculus)--not the wild onions that are called "ramps" in the eastern US!
@@counter10r You are right! According to the original source of the "Rapunzel" fairy tale (the collection of folklore and fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm / 19th century) "rapunzel" stands for salad leaves, either valerianella (Feldsalat/German, or Lamb's lettuce /English), or, as you say, the edible campanula rapunculus.Valerianella area really tasty winter salad leaves. The plant withstands frost, and is usually planted in October in Germany. (Ok, so I AM a plant and also literature nerd ;) LOL! )
Really enjoyed seeing you all. Marie is so beautiful and has such a wonderful way with her. Enjoy the gifts, Philip is so great with his jokes ha ha xx
How rewarding is that, happy gifts for happy LaLanders, you have given us such joy with your vlogs, you and your lovely team, guests and chateau. Keep it going, please, please. WCL
Merry Christmas from our home to yours. Stephanie you are so right about this year, it has forced us all to stop and pay attention to what is really important in our lives, home , health and family. Happy New Year P.S. I love your necklace
Michael Potts is the spitting image of my friend Michael Preston who I lost touch with many, many years ago. Even the sound of Michael's voice is the same. 💖
That was fabulous, i loved seeing Mari and Antoine, the gifts you received from everyone are amazing especially the ones from Wendy, she's gifted 😀I'm looking forward to the next instalment as we are in another lockdown, level 5 until the end of January here in ireland, keep safe everyone 🤗🤗🤗🦃🌻♥️🎄
Had such a good laugh at the bell!!! You know the Queen of England has a bell that she rings at the beginning and the end of an engagement...ha ha ha ha ! I can see Natie doing this.
