sir, you design pmos and nmos with same W/L ratio in Actual w/l ratio of pmos should be 2.5 times greater than pmos i think but you got DC waveform Correct How is it possible?
Appreciate for the review. I got the DC characteristics OK. But important is has it crossed at midpoint (half the value of input). If it is not crossing then use pmos width Wp=2.5 that of Wn of nmos.

Hi, symbol creation is optional. If you want to simulate circuit directly you can simulate it without symbol. Generally symbol is used for hierarchical design.
