Cadillac SRX " No Remote Detected " Solution 

My 2012 SRX is a clone of this one. I replace the battery in my fob and the horn and all the other buttons work but when I go out and try and start the car and keep saying key fob not found.

This does work.However Still having some problems as this works just some times. But not always for my Cadillac SRX. Any advise. I put a new battery in but still have the "No Remote Detected" message. Getting stranded is very scary. Please any further advise. I have checked all doors are locked, check engine light is not on.

I lost the spring on the keyfob do you know where I can get a replacement? I was trying to find similar fobs to purchase just to get the spring.
