Vassy Kapelos should be recognized for her tenacity in requesting answers to simple questions; however, the bumbling Defence Minister, Bill Blair, continuously eludes with rhetorically nonsensical responses to the questions asked. Simultaneously, the Defence Minister’s incompetent behaviour symbolized the extent of high-level personnel cowardice and dishonesty that represents or nation. Way to go, Vassy!
