for me ur voice and these bikes story is like m living in my dreams.... I lv these all. specially m really amazed ur depth of thoughts about bikes ...incredible God bless u
Thank God it's Friday and another episode of Racer TV. The bikes are great and the videos are fantastic as always. Gives me a great start to my weekend each and every week.
+MachOverspeedsPlace Curiously, you are already the third person saying precisely that. It seems this is the perfect bmw project, that all cafe racer enthusiasts like. :) Thank you my friend for sharing your comment. Cheers.
Awesome tribute to German thought!! Awesome also is this Racer TV channel, because I discovered the café racer movement one week ago and I am delighted, even overwhelmed by it. I am a Portuguese living in Poland... since ever fascinated by the "2 wheels freedom" and life only permitted me to own a Honda CB600 Hornet, between 1998-2003. Now I can fulfill the dream of designing my next motorbike... simply because it´s not a luxurious dream anymore. The freedom of thought arrived to our motorbikes... to stay.
Incrível projeto que mistura bom gosto, design, tecnologia e muito mais. É uma das motos que adoraria pegar uma boa estrada sentado nela. Não gosto de máscara nas motos, mas está é diferente, ficou muito bem! Até semana que vem.
the generated voice IS weird but somehow it really works with this format. it's soothing in a strange way. Early on I skipped the videos because of the voice but kept coming back to see the great video quality and amazing bikes. now I welcome the voice as a hallmark of another excellent cafe racer build and epic delivery of the showcase. Keep on doing what you're doing. It obviously is working!
+shane dresser Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective about this matter. You're right. I use some tricks to improve the voiceover, and make it more interesting than really is.:) Thank you for your kind words. Cheers.
Such a great work of art. I loved the Harley they did earlier and this BMW is just as amazing. I'm very impressed with how you found the parts of other BMW's in this bike. I think my favorite part is the cowl, very original.
impressionante caro amigo um exelente resultado ,nao mudaria exatamente nada nesse projeto esta tudo exatamente no lugar, otimo fim de semana abraço a todos .
Awesome!!! I´m not the bigger fan of the R nine T but with this one I felt in love. It wasn't suddenly but anyway is true love. Very good taste for build such a BMW. I really like even the mask and I always said that a nice cafe racer mustn´t wear it but in this case it fits gorgeous to the set of this bike. Thanks for showed us!!
Like the front heavy look of this, very agressive- & the way its used elements of past BMW's is very clever. I'd ride this in the rain & accept a soaking :-) Another great choice,Cheers!
I love this channel Ive always wanted to build a bike specifically bobbers I didnt even know what a cafe racer was till i found these vids on accident.(Screw the bobber I want a cafe racer.)
Sort of bike you'd keep for Club track meetings - dry days at that unless you changed tyres. A brutal, no compromise bike you can tell just by its cover - no need to read between the lines.
Original, superb, muscular, this bike is both modern and retro. If the designers result was excellent in the preceding Harley Davison, it seems almost something magical have occured in the BMW, with the industrial type frame that holds the monoshock, seat and engine, while we admire the fairing speechless. The lack of tail is a success also, which is something that in the Harley would have seemed like something was missing. I like, I liked a lot
Unfortunately, things are more complicated than most people may think. I use this "robotic" voice created by software, because I'm Portuguese, and my bad English accent (and voice), can ruin the documentary character that I like for my videos. I already tried a real American voice in one of my videos, but things didn't work as I expected. Curiously, the robotic voice sounds very good for all non-English natives. Cheers.
To be honest, i am looking for a great K100 cafe racer since a long time. And a few months ago, i have found it. But the project is not ready yet. Maybe in the following months. But i can asure you, that it is realy a best K100 you have ever seen. :) Cheers.
Would they build one for someone interested in the exact same bike for a price you think? That is very nice indeed, like most people I'm not a fan of the BMWs but this one is majestic, just wow.
+NihonH2ppy I think is possible. There are several links in the video description. Try to contact "Taiwan’s Rough Crafts" to see what they say about it. :) Cheers.
I love this channel, I love Cafe Racers, but what I love the most is motorcycles, and this, sadly is not one, case it cannot be driven. A motorcycle that cannot be driven is just some cool machine.. but not a motorcycle. But a Fuckin'cool Machine it is!
I am sure that it could be fitted some nice and discreet mudguards without changing the aesthetic of the project. But Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Um abraço..
As a biker myself, my sympathy is always aimed towards more practical bikes. It doesn't mean that I don't care about beauty or style. Anyway, sometimes, there are those bikes that aren't so practical, but that still have the power of catching my eyes. That is the case of the BMW depicted on the video. I tend to think that, on those moments on which we face such quality of design and craftsmanship, there is nothing that we can do but surrender to its appeal. We begin here to discuss about the merging borders of engineering and art. During Modernism, as the great Italian art historian Giulio Carlo Argan once wrote, an airplane or a vessel were considered beautiful because of the rigor of their respective designs. Nothing was there for a gratuitous reason, rather, form followed strictly function and that was ok by those aesthetic standards and mentality. But, once Post-Modernism "took over", such rigor was challenged and the notion of beauty by itself was allowed again. Of course, without forgetting the performance and the practical side conquered by the technologies developed before. It's kind the dream of grace was released again, because some fundamental structural/technical questions were satisfactorily answered. Bike builders of today are blessed, I guess, by those possibilities and are free to make their sorcery. So, is our duty to enjoy their creations. LET'S RIDE! Regards from Brazil
+felipe dourado cáurio Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I must say, i was very surprised in the end of your comment, when you said "Regards from Brazil". Your English seems perfect. I wasn't counting on that. :) Um abraço aqui de Portugal.
i am not really a fun of cafe racers i am more into hardtail bobbers....BUT THIS IS JUST PERFECT bravo! can anyone tell me from where i can order custom emblems like the one on this bike because i am in the middle of a project?
+Joel Hjelmare I was still very young on those days, but here's what i discovered on the web. VI Constitutional Government took office on January 3, 1980, being constituted by the electoral coalition formed by the Social Democratic Party, the Social Democratic Centre Party and the People's Monarchist, based on the results of the elections of December 2, 1979. He finished its mandate to January 9, 1981, following the death of the Prime Minister, on December 4, 1980. I hope this helps. Cheers.
