This video, is about the sexiest Honda CB 650 R I ever seen.
And the best part is that it was built with an approach that will define the future of motorcycle customization.
I never thought that 3D printing, could be so useful in creating new parts.
All this happened, thanks to Honda Brazil, who created the "Wing Crafters" customization program.
This awesome Cafe Racer, was built in Brazil with a partnership between Renato Frateschi, from Frateschi Garage, and the Illustrator Magentaking.
I hope you like it.

As Italian that live In Brasil, I appreciate a lot this project. Very nice lines and a lot of technology applied. It's a lot of effort to maintain the kit idea on a standard frame. Very good results. Creativity and tech knowledge at is best. Parabéns!

OH MY!!! You are injecting humour now!! (I Like it!) I like the "Plug & Play" idea of having a custom bike which can be made and keep the original frame (& warranty) as well as the wiring loom! I've never been good with "The Dark Arts" as Harry Potter might call electrics! I like the fairing but perhaps I would prefer a bit more screen. The belly pan is perfect looks just right for the bike. The seat unit and cowl are also perfect for the bike. Using the original seat base is such an obvious solution to what can be an annoying problem for some. Renato is definitely ahead of the game with the use of hi-tech 3D printing etc. Well done Sir! And Yes You will see me on the next video! L&R From Down Under.

Excellently implemented project. I find it particularly fascinating what is possible today with 3d printing technology. I really like the proportions of the original CB650r - apart from the original license plate holder - and so I can't say that I find this conversion much nicer. But I still have a lot of respect for the builders. Well done!

God knows how much i love this customization. Maintain the original, keep it legal. Looks awesome. I bet it'll looks better if they lowered it a bit. And try fitting a bit longer swing arm. Maybe. I dont know. I'm just imagining.😅

@@RACER_TV não é um erro. De fato o banco foi impresso por sintetização de laser conhecido como SLS. Uma tecnologia ainda inacessível. O que o amigo comentou também faz sentido, a maioria das peças são impressas em impressoras e não a laser, mas sim há impressão a laser no mercado. Abraço

mate - I love your work but I don't see how those lines resemble the silhouette of the old CB750. I also think that the front fairing should have flowed back into the tank better. Never-the-less, I can't pretend that I could do better. I might think that I have is a better vision ... but turning that into reality is another thing.

Well he has just taken the street bike and invented a CBR 650r but Honda already has one. They have an RR as well if u want something more sporty. No need to reinvent the wheel 🛞:)

@@FrateschiStudio ..So get a 650r and change wheels, but why would you want the extra mass of spokes on a sports bike anyway? You need to go back to the drawing board and think again. I am sure u can get the stock R version and the RR version where you live so it’s a pointless exercise. Don’t wana hurt your feelings but have another try with something that does not exist.

I'm Japanese. Hello, I always watch it. Currently, I am customizing the 2020 YAMAHA XSR900 to make it into a cafe racer. I would like some opinions, and I would be happy if you could give me an answer. For the long swing arm, we replaced it with a tracer900GT swing arm and completed other customizations. The only thing left to worry about is making the seat, seat frame, and seat cover. Will it have a single seat like the cafe racer that appears on Racer TV? In the video from a year ago, I was wondering whether to make the seat cover more stylish and sharp than the one on the Honda CX500. I would be happy to hear your opinions.

@@RACER_TV The GP version is a nice option from Yamaha, but it lacks something to thrill as much as the old sports bikes it is inspired by... On this CB, nothing to complain about! It even makes you want to buy this little Honda! It even comes a little closer to the Aero concept of the Vitpilen 701, unfortunately abandoned by Husqvarna... See you soon for the next video!

Taste is a personal thing, but to my eye the fairing is ugly, like only Harley can do, and the cut-off rear end is a tired cliche. The unmolested, original Honda is far better looking. There's no point beautifully machining small components if the sum of the parts ends up being meh.
