"I bought standard roast coffee beans. I opened the package 7 days after roasting, allowing the degassing process to last one week. The coffee name is Ethiopia Guji Gr1. I use Hario white paper filters and spring water. I brewed at 95 degrees Celsius. I grind with a Comandante hand grinder at 22 clicks. I used a 1:16 ratio, using 2000 ml of water and 12.5 grams of coffee. However, my coffee turned out quite sour. How do you interpret this situation? What do you recommend?"

I only have 1 grinder, I decided to buy the k-ultras. Very universal for alot of coffee types, light roasts, medium or dark and also it does espresso. I almost chose zp6 for my only grinder but I drink a mix of light and medium roasts. I have read somwhere that it doesn't preform as well as k-ultras for traditional style chocolaty medium roasts. So I started with the grinder that does it all and I will save up for a zp6 later on as my second grinder to use on my light and fruity coffees

One could get one flat and one ghost grinder and pay just a $35 exgtra. Seems like a great deal.

Too fine or too many fines. I would really like to see 10ml or so spread out on white paper. That would provide some useful general information. If really crazy use the Kruve sieves!
