Si tu cafetera pierde café hacia el contenedor de cápsulas es por que el pico está tapado con borra de café o está obstruido por otra cosa que se haya metido, pero con una limpieza bastará (si la cafetera perdiera agua mientras realiza el café la falla ya es del bloque térmico y necesitaria cambio del repuesto).
