Very good Jedrzejczyk surname pronunciation :) After Gadelha there will be nothing in Strawwieght for her. Jedrzejczak v Holm, that would massive strike fight.
+polakoune man we can say she destroyed Penne and Carla but not Val it was awesome performance from JJ i agree it was 5 rounds of striking with the same speed... her cardio is some next level shit super human :) but still its was not enough to destroy Val
Just seen the gadelha fight. definately on another level with the striking when it comes to wmma (holms is an exception). if she can better her already good takedown defense and awork overall grappling skills, I have no doubt in my mind that she will decimate esparza
It's good to hear that Sexton retired, because she had no business being in the cage with any striker with a good sprawl. Sexton is tough and showed the heart of a warrior, but her striking was terrible... those spinning attacks were clumsy and hard to watch.
MrCxt23 Have u watched Tecia Torres fight? That girl's a boss! In my opinion, she beat Esparza on the show, but judges favored the take downs over striking. I have a feeling we'll be seeing Tecia in the ring soon.
joanna she faced claudia gadelha in her last fight and she was a brown belt world champion so joanna is ready. in my experience collegiate wrestling often cancels out world champion juijitsu fighters so we will see. =)
MrCxt23 She's tiny, but she's fast & she has serious power. In the USFFC5 fight with Ashley Greenway I was blown away with her strategic grappling. I know her name's going to come up soon for the title. I'll be waiting...watching. LOL
Rosi Sexton got a pretty dammm good resume. Shes not only a ( former fighter) but she has PhD in Mathematics. An Osteopath, & also musician. I think she is the most educated person in the history of the fighting sport. What a very smart woman! And by the way, do you know that there is exactly 10 years gap between she and this young fighter??
JJ made me eat my words about WMMA having no good strikers. She's better than any other UFC female other than Holm by a wide margin at striking I would love to learn from her.
My only critique of Joanna is that she should never back up. She is giving her opponents psychological leverage that they haven't even earned from what I'm seeing.
JJ is _simply _*_AMAZING_* and we now see her dishing out punishment in the UFC! i think Cage Warriors is a fabulous promotion, though! i'm glad to see there is another promotion with great talent other than just the UFC and Bellator (to a certain extent anyway lol)! i know that there is also M-1 of course as well as a few others like ONE, the one that is centered in Asia, Shooto, Pancrase (i'm not sure how that has been getting, though, since the late 90s ya know?), Cage MMA (in Finland which is how i know about it lol), and the newest one i've heard of called Rizin out of Japan.... did anyone watch the last Rizin event? if so, how was it? i heard that Sakuraba was beaten pretty handily and Fedor won against someone who was basically a 1-0-0 fighter, so i'm not sure how good of a promotion it is going to be... i have been waiting for another *Pride FC* to appear, and i hope Rizin Fighting Federation will be it... i mean, the Pride FC rules were just *fantastic* as they prevented so much stalling that we see in the UFC and Bellator by allowing knees and kicks to the head of a downed opponent... i also don't really care for elbows unless i'm watching a Muay Thai or something of the sort... that's just my opinion though, as i don't like elbows on the ground as it doesn't require the fighter on top to create very much distance... thus, that doesn't give the fighter on the bottom _nearly_ as much chance of sweeping as it would if the fighter on top had to actually throw a punch... i also _love_ to see fights in the ring rather than in the octagon _except_ when watching two great grapplers going at it and using the cage to help them stand etc... however, the Pride FC rules make it so you really don't need a cage to help stand up as stalling is not allowed so "lay and pray" tactics are a *big* "no-no" lol... what do you guys think? do you prefer the good 'ol *Pride FC* rules or the so-called "Unified MMA Rules" used in the UFC and all other U.S. promotions?

This fight, Esparza and Penne are her most dominant fights. All 3 are amazing beat downs. Joanna is well on course to surpassing Rousey's accomplishments but will of course never be as popular since 1. The buzz around women's MMA has worn off with Ronda being showed how vulnerable she is 2. JJ is not American 3. She doesn't finish her opponents as quickly. But regardless JJ is essentially superior to Ronda in most aspects of MMA (striking, speed, foot work, variety, endurance) and has proven herself superior to even the finest grapplers in the game like Gadelha.
+Leon Reaper Been following her for years, she's one tough cookie, she's done so much for UK MMA in womens fighting. She can take ALOt but this woman is a machine, no shame for sexton.
Not many up and comers can boast around a 120 fight Muay Thai career like Joanna multiple world championships and be just 26 years old, like she was back in this fight
Why do the referees always allow Rosi to take so much punishment? It's kind of cruel actually cause in most of her fights she just looks like a helpless punching bag.
This weight class seems to have a lot more talent i was thinking maybe the heavy weight classes in womens mma has the same issue that mens do in that the bigger women go play other higher paying sports like basketball and soccer and what not
+Dusty OldBones I'm so impressed with these girls I'd wanna meet them talk to them and express my admiration. may be get invited to one of their fights. more balls than the most males I know. P.S. and such an impressive punches JJ threw, I'm stunned. P.S.S. I kind of wanted JJ to win as I'm Slavic Serb myself and I never can forget the brave Polacks fighting in the WW II. although I loved the other girl, too.
Jovo Sedlar The other girl is impressive as heck as a person. She is a genius in Mathematics and Computer Science (she has a doctorate in the second one ) she has a degree in music from the London College of Music, and she practices alternative medicine (Osteopathy).
