I remember watching the 1st episode of Made in Chelsea when I would have been about 16/17 years old living in a council estate in North West London just feeling that I couldnt relate to the people on the show, and feeling a sense of inferiority that I couldnt shake off. To be honest with you, Jamie seemed to be the one I took to the most. However,most of the individuals who were on the show do inhabit a different world to the majority of us. Its funny how in London you have such wealth next to poverty and you can feel completely shut out of one world, I used to feel like that when venturing into Kensington and Chelsea.

Jamie, heard you talk on a more recent podcast that you wanted to get re-tested for ADHD. Here you talk about being on go go go so you're not forgotten etc. Kinda makes sense why the you don't preference sitting still. Working in Human Behaviour, I work with so many people saying they have ADHD. When we explore this there's a very good reason they're not great at focusing and once they find their positive intention for this, it is possible to change behavious through a number of practices to reprogram mind/body patterns. Loving the depth💕

So for Jamie and gang i have a legit question from listening to the discussion. Do you feel that being privileged made reality tv easier than your counter parts. As although it was alot - you guys didn't need to keep doing the shows for cash? You could get out with other options. In recent years there has been alot of tragedy within it. Love island, towie etc. Genuinely curious and it makes sense to me that people hold their mental health in mind (as are not worried about quiting) are less likely to continue to do things that are damaging to them. Hope you see it- as i think a good discussion point for guests 😘🙂

The conversation was so interesting. haha I feel like I have been having an absolute opposite experience but sort of confirming Caggies POV. I found my husband (best man on goddamn earth, my lightening bolt) and job when I was a very young lady (22) and then had a little breakdown when I was 30 for reasons not understood, but i am sure it was about not hitting milestones anymore? and have just been a happy clam to get older and older since then. but anyway my husband died last year and its been agony. the grief is bad but also its weird to sort out who you are personally when you spend you half your life and all your adult life with partners and then have another half of your life still? Anyway I guess the point is no matter what your life experience is we're all trying to figure shit out.

20:36 Unfortunately, in most cases, is not the ego driving you to be busy all the time is that if you stop you basically starve and become homeless lol. Caggie WAS MIC, just like Binks, it's sad that most of the cast ended up hating what made them famous and got them all the opportunities they have now, very much like Lauren Conrad haha.
