How beautiful a ride. You so smoothly slip by so many other riders on the inside and then the outside in the turns. You invent multiple best lines through each turn to fit between the current obstacles! Brings me right back to wonderful days with an RD350 and an RD125 (twin) at Aspen, Colorado (there actually is a road track there), Ontario Motor Speedway, Riverside Raceway, Willow Springs, and Orange County Raceway. Three of those are long gone. I feel extreme gratitude for having been able to experience them. Thank you so much for sharing your ride! I was right there with you all the way.

This is like a newer version of the Triton! Triumph engine in a Norton featherbed frame! Best of both worlds!

Interesting to see (basically) the Yamaha R5 crankcases from 1970 continue to be used to create formidable road and race bikes in 2020s. A 421cc motor in a Mito, RG250, TZR250 or RS250 rolling chassis is something I have to have at some stage.

Gran motor 2T el de la RD en mis años mozos tuve los tres modelos que se vendieron en Tenerife, lo que has de corregir con urgencia es el ajuste de la tija o esta floja o si el rodamiento es de bolas debes tener la pista marcada por haber apretado mas de la cuenta en algún momento, vibra y no termina de estabilizar cuando frenas de hecho te hace un par de extraños al frenar en curvas y cuando vas a tope en recta, directamente yo cambiaria los rodamientos de la tija porque tarde o temprano te va a tirar, a seguir haciendo humo saludos.

Is this a PV rd350 ?? Any port work and what rear wheel power is it making ?? I'm building a 1983 rg 250 ATM with a banshee 350 engine taken out to 465cc and it runs a cub Barrell and 10mm crank I'm aiming for 110-120rwhp and your video gives me an idea my bikes going to be scary fast 🤣🤣 thanks for the on board footage

Hello Belmon, which ignition cdi you use for your conversion in to the mito chassis. Zeeltronic or ignitech? I have a problem with the tachometer. I use ignitech and I don't know which signal the tachometer needs. The rpm output from ignitech and the coilclamp didn't function.

funny how , at first, starting out...... the left cylinder was running slightly cooler, but as soon as you started really feeding it, the left side was running consistently a bit hotter, wish we could have seen a little bit more of that yellow Yamaha that poked his nose in once, it looked like a nice two stroke also, you should have let him lead for a bit, before you smoked him !
